1. Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments

Use of the epostasia.com website and its services are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Epostasia reserves the right, at our sole discetion, to update or modify the TOU at any time without notice. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages. By using this website and any of the services provided therein, you agree to be bound by the TOU. If you do not agree to any term or condition of the TOU, you must immediately discontinue using the site.

We may charge a fee to post Content in some areas of the Service. Each user posting Content to the Service is responsible for the said Content and compliance with the TOU.

All fees paid will be non-refundable even in the event that Content is removed from the Service for violating the TOU.

Under no circumstances will ePostAsia.com be liable for any goods, services, resources or content available through such third party dealings or communications, or for any harm related thereto. Complaints, concerns or questions relating to materials provided by third parties should be forwarded directly to the third party.
11. Applicable Law

You agree that Epostasia, at its sole discretion, has the right to delete or deactivate your account or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Epostasia believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOU. Further, you agree that Epostasia shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Service after said termination.

We reserve all of our rights, including but not limited to any and all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary right that we may have in our web site, its content, and the goods and services that may be provided. The use of our rights and property requires our prior written consent. We are not providing you with any implied or express licenses or rights by making services available to you and you will have no rights to make any commercial uses of our web site or service without our prior written consent.
