What is ePostAsia?

ePostAsia offers a number of free online resources, such as classified ads and forums, to communities in Malaysia and many other Asian countries Classified ads are organized by city/locality and categories, making it easy to search for community-based classifieds. Placing an ad, participating in the discussion forums requires login. But opening an account is free and fast.

Using ePostAsia is simple. Just start at the home page which shows Malaysian cities and the latest posts. Select the city and click on the category to view the ad.

ePostAsia masks your email address in the ad in order to protect you against spambots.

What is the cost of a post?

All classified ads are free but we reserve the right to impose a small fee for some categories of ads in the future.

How to add a post?

From the Home Page, select the country and city where you want to place your ad.
Click on add a post link on the left menu bar.
If not already logged in, you will be asked to log in. If you do not have an account, please sign up for one. It's fast and free.
Click on the relevant category. Then click on the subcategory, if any.
On the CREATE POST page, enter the details for your post. Click Preview.
On the Preview/Edit page, review the information you have entered on the left hand side. If OK, click on Continue Posting.
If necessary, edit the page on the right hand side and click Preview to review changes made on the left hand side. If OK click on Continue Posting.
Read the terms of use. If you agree, click on NEXT.
Your post is now published. It will remain on the site for 45 days from the date of publishing.

How to reply to a post?

Click on the Reply to email address of the post. A ePostAsia web mail form will appear.

If the poster did not provide a email address, look for other contact info in the body of the post.

How to add a photo?

You can add 4 photos free of charge anytime from your 'My Account' page.

If you are already signed in, click My Account on the top right hand

In the summary table of your active postings, click Add Photo for the posting that you want to include a photo.
Image formats allowed are jpeg, png or gif. Maximum photo size is 240px width x 180px height. Maximum file size is 30kb.
Click Browse and upload your photo.
In the Preview Photo page, click OK. Add Photo if this is the correct photo. Your photo is now added to your post.

How to suggest a new category?

We welcome your suggestions for new categories.

Click on forums in the left menu bar. If you are a first time user, please read the post on Forum Rules, Regulations & Etiquette.

Click on the Categories thread in the Epostasia group and add your suggestion.

You can also click on 'Suggest new category' link on the top right hand of any city page.

Why was my post deleted?

It could be due to one of the following reasons:

Your post has expired ( 45 days after the date of posting).
Your post was flagged by users as miscategorized, violating our Terms of Use, or spam and was removed by our staff. It could also have been removed due to overposting and the post was too commercial.
You could have deleted the post yourself.
